Lyndsy Moffatt, Certified GAPS Coach and Holistic Nutritionist

About Lyndsy

Helping Families Navigate Complex Conditions Through Nutrition

I'm Lyndsy Moffatt, a Certified GAPS Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, nonverbal autism specialist, and severe autism recovery mom. When my son Dominic was diagnosed with severe autism and apraxia, doctors told me he would never talk. I refused to accept that.

After years of research and working with a specialized doctor in Oregon, I discovered the GAPS Diet and gut-healing protocols that changed everything. Dominic now talks, sleeps through the night, eats anything, and is the calmest, happiest kid I've ever seen.

I've spent the last 11 years coaching hundreds of families worldwide, and over $100,000 figuring all of this out. Now I hand families the roadmap so they don't have to start from scratch.

Every family's situation is unique. I create personalized protocols that fit your child's specific needs, your family's lifestyle, and your budget.

Evidence-Based

My recommendations are grounded in peer-reviewed research, functional lab testing, and clinical experience with hundreds of families.
