This program is not a general nutrition course. It is a deep, supervised mentorship in the specific methodology Lyndsy has developed over more than a decade of working with complex autism, PANS/PANDAS, and neuroimmune cases. You will leave with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to apply this work with your own clients.

Foundations

- Understanding autism, PANS/PANDAS, and neuroimmune conditions
- Root-cause thinking vs. symptom management
- How to assess a new client and build a case history
Months 3–4
Functional Lab Analysis
- Ordering and interpreting functional labs
- Understanding gut, immune, and metabolic markers
- Building individualized written protocols from lab data
- Communicating findings to families in plain language
Months 5–6
Nutrition Protocols
- Therapeutic diets: GAPS, SCD, AIP, and beyond
- Meal planning for complex cases and picky eaters
- Supplementation: what, when, and how much
- Reducing toxic burden through food and environment
Months 7–8
Mindset & Emotional Wellbeing
- Addressing mindset and beliefs in the healing journey
- Supporting parents through overwhelm and grief
- Emotional wellbeing as part of the protocol
- Working with resistance and compliance challenges
Months 9–10
Client Practice
- Supervised case reviews with Lyndsy
- Building your own client intake and protocol system
- Navigating complex and multi-diagnosis cases
- Ethical and scope-of-practice considerations
Months 11–12
Business & Certification
- Building your practice: pricing, positioning, and marketing
- Creating your own programs and offerings
- Final case presentation and certification review
- Ongoing community access after graduation
